microgratitude — a small book about abundant moments, and the BIG impact they can have.

What's Inside

The book is short on purpose — readable in a single sitting, structured so you're already practicing before you finish. It moves from the simple three-step practice to the story behind it to the neuroscience that explains why it actually works. You don't need it to start. But it helps you stay practicing.

The Mission Edition
$25.00

You can find microgratitude on Amazon. But when you buy here, something else happens.

Every copy sold through this site is a Mission Edition. For every 3 sold, I place one book — free — in a waiting room, a recovery center, a senior center. Somewhere a person is sitting in a hard moment, and this microgratitude practice might be exactly what they need.

That's not a marketing line. It’s living the mission. Every 3 copies sold = 1 placed.

If that resonates with you, you're in the right place. Oh, and this includes free shipping within the continental U.S.

About the Author

I trained as an engineer in multiple disciplines, and applied that along with an MBA in the semiconductor industry for 26 years.

More importantly, I love elegant solutions to complex problems; the kind where a small, precise input creates an outsized effect.

That's exactly what I found on a quiet Friday morning in Portland. Worn down, waiting for a 4:30am Uber, I started listing small things — a silent driver, a working heater, a comfortable seat. By the time I reached the airport, something had shifted. Not dramatically. Just enough.

That morning became this book.

I live in Greensboro, NC with my wife and two sons. Microgratitude is my first book.

I’m grateful for any of you reading this page, and waiting to know more about microgratitude. I feel honored.
